2 - What is the estimated delivery time?
Please note, that usually, order fulfillment time takes 2-5 business days before shipping. Orders that contain more than 10 items might take 3-10 business days to fulfill. The countdown starts as soon as the order status changes to "Accepted". The first 2 hours, the order status will indicate "New".
You can make changes to the shipping address or cancel the order. However, as soon as the order is "Accepted", it is sent to our Fulfillment Team for preparation. It is not possible to edit/cancel the orders at this point.

3 - What happens if my order gets lost?
All items purchased from Thesoloskincare.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
4 - Do I need to be there to sign for it?
Nope! If you're not home, the driver will leave your package in the mailbox, at the door or with your doorman.
5 - Who will be delivering my order?
We ship via FedEx and other premium carriers to provide you with the fastest and most reliable service available.
6 - How much is Shipping?
100% Free on every item and will ALWAYS be that way.
